Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actress. Her most well-known role was in the role of Skyler on the AMC drama Breaking Bad. She won the Primetime Emmy Award to recognize Outstanding Supporting Performance in a Drama Series for 2013 and 2014. She played Jean Ward and Martha Bullock and Martha Bullock, respectively, on The Practice. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in the year 1968. The actress fell in love with performing in Preparatory School prior to moving to Ohio together with her family during the mid-70s. She did theatre studies at Northwestern University, and spent one term at British American Drama Academy. Anna began her journey in Chicago performing in stage parts for a number of years. Then she moved to Hollywood where she started acting in TV shows and films. Anna got her big break in 1992 when she appeared as Arden in 29 episodes of Down the Shore. After guest appearances as a on several TV shows and films, such as Seinfeld and NYPD Blue during the 90's, she was cast as Jean Ward as part of The Practice. She was cast as Martha Bullock in Deadwood for two seasons during the 2000s. In 2008, she was picked in the role of Skyler on Breaking Bad. Sully in addition to Deadwood was another movie she was a part of. Gunn took the stage for David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers. The actress starred as the character Numbered Days in a four part audio podcast in 2022. Breaking Bad's story is usually dependent on the relationships with Walter White, his wife Skyler and their difficult relationship. The decline of their relationship is similar to Walter White's last days.
